ENG In the 60’s, what we now call Art Hotel Guala, was just a “Residence”. Although the recent restoring process undertaken by Art Hotel Italia aims to refurnish the hotel, a large number of kitchen-equipped rooms has been saved; customers looking for this type of accommodation are on the rise, both for short stays than in case of job or study long permanence.

At the Art Hotel Guala are available rooms with kitchenette and a small number (5 unities) of mini-apartments, located at the last floor, with terraces and various measurements.

Use of kitchen has to be requested at the moment of reservation both for RESIDENTIAL ROOMS and MINI-APARTMENTS. Kitchens are equipped of cooking corner accessorized with sink, hob, exhaust fan, over fridge, table and kitchen stuffs; the service entails an extra-charge of € 25,00 for the final cleansing.
